WINN'ing TIP 9/2/18

Don't Hide

Take time for you. Love you, relax with you, talk with you and enjoy who you are. We give this wonderful world so much love, affection and attention that we tend to forget we have to provide the same effort for ourselves. 


We shield others from our pain, fatigue and concerns. Hide behind a smile and lie, "I'm fine."  because we feel we are supposed to be the strong one, the wise one and the one others can depend on.  


We really can be all those things, but in order to thrive and enjoy the process, we first must do and be all those things to the source from which we pour our love, our Spirit. 


No one is fooled by the lies we tell ourselves. Let us not attempt to trick ourselves into believing we are okay. Until we are, we are not.  


This week,make time and take time for you. Renew, replenish and reinvest in you.

WINN'ing TIP 8/25/18

Live For You

 We become inspired watching other people improve themselves. We like and follow them on social media, inspired by their progress. We share their happiness when they express their joy with who they are and how far they have come. 


We live vicariously through them as we imagine our self doing the same. That is not enough. We must live through and for ourselves.  We feel such a deep pull to those people who empower us, because we too desire to do the same. 


Do it! Be it! Make the move, pick up the weight, put down the fork. Just do it and experience how good it feels, for you. Don’t give up your power to be who you are by living it through someone else. 


The person you admire has the same energy that lives within you.  Certain people aren’t special.  What they choose to believe and do for themselves is. 


It takes work, sacrifice and constant choice. You must tell yourself, “I can too. They can be as fantastic as they choose, and I can too.”  Will it be hard? Yes, and you will want to go back to externally experiencing it because those feelings does not come with the struggle and yet neither does real change and consistent joy.  


There is nothing you cannot have, nothing you cannot do. Put down the phone, turn off the TV and just do it. This is your life. Live it through and for you.

WINN'ing TIP 8/19/18

DON'T RUN

This week stand your ground. Whatever you have been contemplating, processing and avoiding out of fear, this week you will face it.


The beauty of  fear is you create the rules for it.  Which means you also have the power to break them.  


The fuel source for fear is whatever you keep telling yourself it is, whatever you believe. 


You believe whatever you keep telling yourself is true. Without regard of right, wrong, good or bad, the brain will  filter your experiences so that your beliefs become your safe space and reality.


When we face the beliefs we create, we challenge our brain to rewire the information network it operates upon.


Standing your ground against your own beliefs challenges how true they REALLY are.  Facing them removes enough fuel for our brain to begin rewire the network our beliefs have created for it.  


This week, don't run. Don't avoid, don't process and don't contemplate beliefs that no longer serve you.  Fear will begin to lose its lifesource and you will be able to create new opportunities for constructive and life affirming information to operate within you.

Live Life As A Thank You

How good do you feel when you say thank you?


Think about that feeling, the gratitude that accompanies receipt of  a desire and  fulfillment of  a goal.  


Do you smile when you receive a thank you?  Have a sense of purpose when giving time, love and attention to others and accept the thank you's with an open heart and soul.


Thank you's are gifts to give and receive  and a fantastic way to live life., every day. 


See life as the gift it is and take time this week to feel, think, be and live life as a thank you.

WINN'ing TIP 8/5/18

BE INTENTIONAL

Intention is the conscious use of our will fueled by the purpose of our desire; our reason for action. Intentions are if not more important than actions alone. 

Intent has energy that directs the trajectory of our actions and create our life experiences. When we choose to be aware of the intent of our thoughts, feelings and actions we are using our power of choice to responsibly create the experience we desire. 

“My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry,”

James 1:19

When we are slow to speak, there is time to ask ourselves, “What is my intention?” Ask if the intention is of ego or of love. “Am I defending myself or being open to the process of the conversation before me?”

If there is a desire to create a change in a relationship, personal life or work environment, examine the intention for this change. Does it inspire feelings of love, connection and harmony or discord, confusion and chaos. Based upon this answer, decide to be intentional about why this change is desired. Act when your intention aligns with your goal not with your ego. 

Don’t expect peace in a relationship to grow from an intention of chaos. Do not seek harmony from having an intention of discord. Know your intention before choosing an action.

Our actions may have an effect on others, but our intentions will always have an effect on our soul, our life journey and our perception of our life experience.  Breathe positivity and divine purpose into your intentions to reap joy and happiness from your life and the lives of those you love. 

BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF ABOUT YOUR INTENTION. KNOWING WHAT YOU INTEND IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHAT YOU SAY OR DO. A GOOD INTENTION IN A BAD SITUATION IS INTEGRITY FOR THE SOUL.

 To be intentional is to act purposefully, with a goal in mind and a plan for accomplishing it.

WINN'ing TIP 7/29/18

BE PRESENT

SPEND SEVEN DAYS BEING PRESENT 


What does this mean?  Being present means  being appreciative of your current moment without concern for the past or thought of the future. It means putting  your phone away when speaking with your mate and your children or walking down the street.  


Being present is turning off the TV during dinner and spending time focused on family conversation. Presence is found in completing work activities without thinking about the end of the task or your next day off.  It occurs as you feel the warmth of the water during a shower and allow yourself to be engulfed in the relaxing feeling it brings. 


Discover happiness when you are not thinking about the past or the future.  Be mindful of the smells in the air, the sounds surrounding you and how you are grateful you are to exist right where you have chosen to be. 


Being present allows us to give 100% of our energy to now.  There is no better gift to give ourselves and those we love. 

CHOOSE THE PRESENT.  WHEN OTHER THOUGHTS OCCUR, STOP BREATHE AND FOCUS ON NOW. THE ONLY PLACE YOU WILL EVER BE.


No technique, no communication skill or psychological process can come anywhere close to effectiveness of being 100 percent present.

WINN'ing Tip 7/22/18

TIME TO HEAL

THIS WEEK, FOCUS ON HEALING.

There are moments that have lasting effects on our lives.  They occur and leave energy that resonates over and over again. We continuously live that energy and by doing so, occupy space that limits the ability of new and better energy to enter our lives.


A past moment cannot be changed.  Our perception of it can.  This can rewire our brain from amplifying the negative energy and allow us to connect with the positive energy that always accompanies it.  


This week, focus on retrieving that positive energy.  As you relive the energy of the moment from which you desire to heal, release yourself from the expectations and beliefs of it. 


Look at it without the limit of what you desired for it to be.  That is where the pain is.  Instead, observe it in its entirety.  


How did it help you grow?  What did it teach you? What did it reveal to you? How has your life experience been enriched by it?


Create a Healing Journal, a sacred space to release the assumption of what should have been and become aware of how you are better because of what was.  

PRACTICE, OBSERVE , and PRACTICE AGAIN.

WINN'ing Tip 7/15/18

YOU KNOW YOUR PEACE

Peace is your natural state of being.  It is within us at all times.  When we feel a gap between ourselves and the state of peace, remember it does not exist. 

The gap is evidence of soul clutter. Things we pile into our lives consciously and unconsciously.  Similar to only having one bar of cell phone service.  It still exists but the connection to full power is weakened. You know your peace. You know where and how to strengthen your connection to it. Remove the clutter and get closer to your true source of power.  

Pray, meditate, read a book, take a walk maybe even a nice long wine drinking, candles lit, music playing bubble bath. Do what YOU know will clear the path to your peace. 

NO PROCRASTINATION, NO OVERTHINKING, NO EXCUSES!!!
